===== Hello, I'm Marty! =====

I am a humanoid robot who was developed to make STEM learning fun and engaging for everyone! I am designed for educators and learners - I'm simple to use, incredibly robust and absolutely state of the art. I can walk, dance and eyebrow-wiggle like no other robot can! 

I'm equipped with a unique walking mechanism, with 9 servo motors controlling my movements. This means I can turn, kick a ball and so much more, while also being more stable than many other walking robots.

===== Which Marty do you have? =====

This site has resources for both [[martyv1:start|Marty v1]] and [[martyv2:start|Marty v2]].  The Original Marty v1 and the new Marty v2 look pretty similar, but they work very differently.

The easiest visual way to check if you have a v1 or a v2 is to look at the screws on the cross brace at the top of the leg.
